"Whoa, you're talking to my Essential Self. It is my authentic self.
Thanks for recognizing me.
I speak from my soul instead of my head.
Here's my question: Is this place I call authenticity available to everyone?"
"The simple answer is yes, everyone has the part of them known as the authentic self or as you call it the Essential Self.
However, the strain and striving each day have people locked into coping behaviours driven by their ego.
Self-talk, which is critical and demanding, creates a life that activates anxiety in the nervous system.
People say they want to be free from the strains and stresses of daily life.
However, the crying out to be free from something keeps the story going, so they will never be free.
They lack the knowledge that what they see, hear, touch, taste, and say creates their reality at the moment.
Your five senses provide the sub-conscious inputs to operate in a way that provides information to the nervous system and brain to create your reality.
Your human system's beauty is the power you have to choose the life you wish to live.
Everyone can build into experience in their mind's eye the future they want to create.
However, practice is required to create the reality of going to something compared to going away from something.
The more you attach to your current reality while attempting to create a new reality, the more you stay connected to the old reality.
Howiej, you must start to listen to your heart, your authentic self, rather than your ego.
Your subconscious does not know the difference between your current experience and the new experience you wish to live.
However, your ego cannot participate in your new future, creating anxiety when new ideas present themselves.
This stimulation of your nervous system can lead you to believe you should stop considering your new ideas.
Practice living in a new life with your five senses.
This visualization practice then turns anxiety into excitement.
