To Whom Shall I Give Thanks?
The walls are closing in.
The kids are bored and driving me crazy.
I can’t be with my friends.
To whom shall I give thanks?
You may be feeling at loose ends, lacking energy and purpose.
It is not a mistake. Your world today is not what it was a while ago.
Now is the time of reckoning.
There is no one in front of you when you look in the mirror of your life except you.
You may wonder how did I (we) get here?
That doesn’t matter.
The timely questions are:
What will you do with what you have right now?
How will you love your ego into quietness while you access the knowing heart that came with you when you were born?
The way you and I have designed and lived the life we have is not sustainable in the future.
We need a new path.
That is to say, you need a new way of accessing your talents, imagination, generosity, and creativity of your heart and soul.
To make greater use of your talents is an inner journey taken one step at a time toward a new future.
How can you (we) do this creative work at a time of fear and lockdown?
Here are the ways to access the limitless creativity and love within you:
Gratitude. Give thanks for who you are and what you have.
Express your enormous capacity to love, bring compassion for your humanness, your fragility, and your access to creative imagination.
Allow the wisdom within you to shine, so you bring hope to those who need some.
Choose to put into practice those activities which bring you happiness and fulfillment.
Decide to get to know your highest intelligence beyond where you have known it.
You are free, no matter what.
It is not a question of circumstance.
It is how you choose to live wholly going forward from this moment.
Then you know to whom you give thanks.
Namaste
