Come To The Forest
Thank you for all the notes you sent asking questions and well wishes for Joshua moving to Ireland.
No, I am not moving to Ireland Joshua is moving there.
I have previously reported Joshua came to me earlier this year as a guide.
He has his personality and spiritual dimension separate from mine.
I feel deeply connected to him as a source of inspiration and guidance.
He said it is time for you to hear the voice of my heart straight from my lips to your ears.
I intend to be a mentor and guide that will be helpful, expansionary and inspiring in your life.
And so to this weeks' topic: Come Into The Forest.
How good it feels to sit in the forest in silence.
The sidewalks and roadways of our minds race with all kinds of traffic.
We race from one circumstance to another without stopping to take a breath.
How freeing is it to go to the forest and feel the trees.
It is refreshing.
It is calming.
Your soul begs you for the time to have a lull in the race, a break in the constant stream of noise.
Give it a quiet moment and see what rises for you.
Here is a practice I use every day. I suggest you give it a try.
A SILENT TIME OUT = 3 MINUTES FOUR TIMES. A DAY.
Namaste
Howard
